Shipping policy

At Pankowri, we understand that you may be patiently waiting for your book! That’s why we process all orders within 1-2 business days! We offer courier service across all districts. We are partner with the country’s best courier services in order to deliver your book in the quickest time.

General Timeline of Delivery:

• Order Processing Time – 1-3 Days
• Our General Shipping Delivery Time – 1-3  Business Days.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

Please keep in mind:

• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — in which case two tracking numbers will be advised.
• Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Should you fail to receive your order within 10-15 business days of purchase, and do not have a message/ call with an explanation for the delay, please contact us at pankowripublication@gmail.com or call us @ 01860 037 645 as it is very rare that orders are delayed this long without someone contacting you. Your order may have been unintentionally misplaced or sent to an incorrect address.
